All items sent for exchange must be in their original shape and form (not worn or washed) with the hangtag still attached.
Items must be sent within 14 days from the date of purchase (date on receipt) with the receipt.
Before sending the garment back to us, please email us at cs@weartheearth.com with the reason for the exchange and a contact phone number and a description of the replacement item. Items sent back to be exchanged, without prior contact will not be accepted.
How are Exchanges/Returns with a shipping address outside of the USA handled?
Due to the cost of shipping and the difficulties with customs regulations, we cannot accept exchanges or returns from outside of the USA. All purchases are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.
