Return an Item:

We want you to be completely happy with your order.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return.**  We are happy to make an exchange or give you a full refund (minus shipping) for any items you are not satisfied with. The item MUST be returned within 14 days of the ship date, unworn and in good condition.  Please see below for special return instructions.**

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.  (see returning defective merchandise below)

Returns received more than 14 days after original ship date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Please contact cs@weartheearth.com for return authorization. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Once we receive your return you will be notified via email and your account credited (less original shipping fees) or a replacement item sent.  Please allow 14 days for the return to be processed. 

*We recommend that you request a delivery confirmation or tracking information on your return.  Wear The Earth is not responsible for items lost in transit.  Please do not send return items signature required.

**Please note: We DO NOT accept returns on sheet sets, bedding, towels or Intimates for reasons of health and hygiene.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise Return Policy: If the item is defective  or damaged you may  replace/refund the items as long as any claims are placed within 48 hours of the  item being received.  Please contact cs@weartheearth.com for instructions regarding defective/damaged items.

Sale Item Return Policy: All sales are final on sale items.  This applies to items listed in our Sale & Clearance Departments.  Excludes special purchase price and seasonal specials.

Gifts: If you receive a gift we want you to be happy with it.   You may either exchange the item(s) or return the items for a website gift certificate.  No cash or credit will be issued on gift items.

Exchange an Item:

All items sent for exchange must be in their original shape and form (not worn or washed) with the hangtag still attached.

Items must be sent within 14 days from the date of purchase (date on receipt) with the receipt.  Before sending the garment back to us, please email us at cs@weartheearth.com with the reason for the exchange and a contact phone number and a description of the replacement item. Items sent back to be exchanged, without prior contact will not be accepted.

The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on all exchanges.

How are Exchanges/Returns with a shipping address outside of the USA handled?

Due to the cost of shipping and the difficulties with customs regulations, we cannot accept exchanges or returns from outside of the USA. All purchases are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.
